Escrito, produzido e protagonizado por Morgan Spurlock, este documentário pretende expor os problemas resultantes da ingestão contínua de fast food. A Experiência foi a de durante 30 dias comer exclusivamente produtos vendidos nas lojas da McDonald’s, os resultados são conclusivos, perigosos e ultrapassam em muito aquilo que era previsível.

Um Documentário que merece ser visto, pois, embora centrado nos EUA, tem total aplicação em todos os lugares em que a cultura Mc penetrou.

A música que encerra o filme é da autoria dos Toothpick e intitula-se precisamente Super Size Me, ilustrando com mestria o «Mcterrorismo» (pode-se ouvir um excerto no site oficial do documentário), aqui fica a letra:
